Job Summary:
We are seeking a fun, patient and caring Dental Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. Prospective candidates must have a desire to work with children and their families. We create a fun and silly atmosphere to help our families get through their children’s dentist appointments with a smile.

Experience:
– Dental office experience preferred.
– Dental insurance knowledge preferred.

Salary varies with experience

Responsibilities include but not limited to;
– Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
– Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records with accuracy.
– Handle multi-line phone systems to address inquiries and provide customer support.
– Treatment Plan presentation. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, and maintaining office organization. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow. Collect payment for services rendered.

Full time = 4 days per week
Part Time = 3 days per week

We are seeking a fun, patient and caring Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. We have both full time and part time dental assistant opportunities available (3 or 4 days a week options). Prospective candidates must have a desire to work with children. We create a fun and silly atmosphere to help children get through dental visits with a smile.

Experience:
– Dental assisting experience is preferred.

Salary varies with experience and certifications.

Qualifications
– Proven experience in dental assisting, particularly in pediatric dentistry
– Proficiency in chairside assisting and aseptic techniques
– Familiarity with dental terminology and anatomy
– Ability to perform X-rays and manage medical records
– Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices

Full time = 4 days per week
Part Time = 3 days per week
